By placing the order, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Minimum contract term and termination

Packages "Minimum" and "Standard": The minimum contract term is three (3) months from the date of conclusion of the contract. During this period, ordinary termination is excluded. After the minimum term expires, the contract automatically renews for one (1) month at a time and can be terminated with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.

Premium (Quarterly) Package: The contract term is one quarter (3 months). The contract is automatically renewed for another quarter unless it is cancelled in writing with 14 days' notice before the end of the quarter.

The termination must be in writing (email is sufficient).

2. Payment terms

Payment is due in advance: monthly for the Minimum and Standard packages, quarterly for the Premium package. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing period.

Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date.

In case of late payment, the service provider reserves the right to suspend services until full payment is received. The obligation to pay for the minimum contract term remains unaffected.

Early termination within the minimum term does not release the customer from the obligation to pay for the remaining minimum period.
